After spending 15+ years with small firms and start-ups, I saw leaders constantly struggling to manage all of the demands on their time. I saw how the operational needs of a business could often bog down even the most efficient and productive leaders, pulling them away from items like strategy, vision, or customers. I saw how growth, while welcomed and hard earned, could overwhelm an understaffed team.
And I knew it didn’t have to be that way.
My goal is for Nexutive to be the place where leaders with growing businesses can turn to help them manage the operational aspects of their ventures. We are on-demand COOs who can come in and establish a foundation for success. As a business grows and eventually hires a full-time COO, we hand over the baton, and that’s success for us!
